Potlatch Tissue Products

Our consumer products division supplies more than half of the grocery-store brand facial tissue, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and napkins in the United States. We manufacture tissue products at three sites: Lewiston, Idaho; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Elwood, Illinois, just outside Chicago.

Much of the pulp we use in making our tissue products comes from our own FSC-certified pulp and paperboard business. We also purchase pulps from outside markets to enhance the softness, strength, consistency, and absorbency of our products.

In the production of our tissue products, as with all of our goods, we are committed to minimizing our effect on the environment. Our goal is to use pulp only from sources whose chains of custody have been certified as meeting strict environmental standards.
